How are your nails sets created?

Each set is handmade to order as pictured, using hard gel or gel polish for durable, reusable nails.

Are your nails sets reusable?

Our nails sets are created to be reused. For the best reusable condition, nail tabs are recommended, When you using nail glue, a nail buffer or electric nail file is recommended. This will remove any debris or nail glue from previous wear.

How do I apply my press-on nails?

Press-on nails can be applied using nail glue or adhesive nail tabs.

How long will my nails last?

Shorter Wear: We recommend adhesive tabs for shorter wear. Adhesive tabs typically last anywhere from a few hours to 3 days.

 

Longer Wear: If you want to wear your nails for a longer period of time, we recommend using professional-grade nail glue. Nail glue, with proper care, can last 1-3 weeks.

 

Wear duration varies from person to person. Nail duration depends on nail prep, nail use (the amount of activity and wear on your hands while wearing them), and your method of application. 

What kind of nail glue do you recommend?

Professional-Grade nail glue is recommended for best wear. Our favorite, easy to carry nail glue is KDS Nail Glue. 

Can I purchase nail glue and adhesive tabs from you?

Yes. Nail glue and adhesive tabs can be purchased from our website as an add-on to your nail set purchase or separately.

How do I know what size nails need?

Use our size chart to determine your size based on the corresponding measurements. Still not sure? Order a FREE sizing kit and find your perfect match.

What is a “sizing kit”? Is it really free?

Our sizing kit includes sample sizes of the nails used in our sets. Sizing kits are FREE, just pay shipping and handling. Sizing kits take 2-3 days to deliver. 

What if the nails I purchase do not fit?

Because each nail set is made to order, it is imperative you order the correct size. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing. If you are uncertain about your size, we recommend using our sizing chart or purchasing our FREE sizing kit to help you find your perfect fit. 

Can I return my nails if they are the wrong size?

For sanitation purposes, nail sets can not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Please use our sizing chart or purchase our FREE sizing kit to ensure your perfect fit. All sales are final.

What else is included with my nails?

Each nail set includes 10 nails, 2 alcohol pads, 1 holo nail file, 1 wooden cuticle stick, and step-by-step instructions. 

How can I keep my nails from coming off?

To prevent nails from popping off, please follow our step-by-step instructions included with your order. Applying a nail primer or dehydrator for better adhesion. 

For the strongest adhesion, apply nail tabs then nail glue. Dual adhesive allows longer wear.

Can I replace a lost or broken nail?

Yes. Most nails can be replaced. To replace a lost or broken nail, please email us at fetchnailsandaccessories@gmail.com.

Can I make changes to a predesigned set?

Yes. Because each set is made to order, all predesigned sets can be customized to your liking. Changes may include color, finish, or shape. For changes that include stones, accessories, or glitters, please contact us BEFORE making your purchase. Request to changes may be denied if deemed excessive or if it deviates too far from the original design. 

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! We love creating new, original sets for our amazing customers. Send us a request and we’ll contact you to discuss your idea, cost, and a timeframe for completion.

How long will it take me to receive my order?

Each set is handmade to order. Nails must be painted, dried, and carefully packaged before shipping.

Please allow 7-14 days for processing and delivery. 

Is rush shipping available?

Per availability, Priority Shipping may be available upon request, for an additional processing and shipping fee. Please contact us for availability before placing rush orders. We can not guarantee availability for rush orders.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes. All orders are processed through the United States Postal Service (USPS). A tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed.

I received my tracking number, how do I check the status of my order? 

You can track the status of your order, using your tracking number, at www.usps.gov.

My order was marked as delivered but I never received it. What should I do?

If your order was marked as delivered but never showed, please contact the USPS immediately to file a claim. You may file a claim online at www.usps.gov.
